With four different generations making up today’s workforce, companies and managers are bound to run into impactful differences in workplace style and communication. While generational differences in the workplace are not new, the working environment as a whole has been transformed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has reshaped how, and where, we work. Each generation brings a distinct set of preferences, needs, and skills to the hybrid work equation.

To further analyze the generations and their work habits, we’ve developed this e-book to discuss the results of a survey that polled 1,000 full-time employees from Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z about how they handle hybrid work.
